Despite the highly promising financial, economic, social, and environmental returns, green investment opportunities for the private sector are still largely untapped due to various barriers. These include low market visibility, information asymmetries, lack of knowledge and skills in certain advanced green and circular technologies, lack of adequate finance for green manufacturing and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and nascent ecosystems. To address these challenges, the Inclusive Green Growth project and its partners are driving market system changes to create a more favorable environment to businesses and the workforce in the green and circular economy
