Industrial Development Board, thirtieth session
Vienna, Austria, 20 to 23 June 2005
At its thirtieth session the Board recommended a candidate for the post of Director-General. The session also reviewed the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement with UNDP and developed the UNIDO strategic long-term vision statement. Moreover, the Board considered recommendations of the Programme and Budget Committee on a number of issues, including the programme and budgets for the biennium 2006-2007. Other items on the provisional agenda included activities of the Joint Inspection Unit, personnel matters and implementation of the medium-term programme framework.
